What vehicles do we use?

Our service is provided with 9-seater minibuses.
Each vehicle carries 8 passengers and 1 driver. For larger groups, we can provide multiple minibuses, allowing us to adapt flexibly to your needs.

What information is needed for coordination?

To ensure smooth and uninterrupted transportation on the wedding day, please provide the following details:

• Number of passengers requiring transportation
• Event location
• Exact stopping / waiting point where the vehicle(s) will not interfere with the event
• Duration of service (from when to when the transfer is needed – this can be adjusted during the event if necessary)
• Addresses of accommodations where guests need to be transported
• Requirement for child seats or booster seats, if needed

Important information

All services are provided under a prior agreement and contract, ensuring predictable and secure arrangements for both parties.

We recommend that guests receive the driver's phone number on the wedding day, so they can coordinate directly if needed (for example, to check when the vehicle returns from a transfer).
