Hereinafter referred to as: Service Provider

2. Subject of the Service

The Service Provider offers passenger transportation services at pre-agreed routes and times, particularly in the following areas:

• airport transfers (Budapest, Vienna, Bratislava)
• wedding transfers
• other occasional and private transfers

The service is provided using 9-seater minibuses accommodating a maximum of 8 passengers and 1 driver. For larger groups, multiple vehicles can be provided.

3. Booking and Formation of the Contract

The contract between the parties is established when the client provides the necessary booking details and the Service Provider confirms the booking verbally or in writing.

For wedding services and services requiring extended availability, a written contract is mandatory.

4. Information Required for Booking

The client is obliged to provide accurate and truthful information during booking, including in particular:

• contact phone number
• number of passengers
• pickup and destination address(es)
• date and time of travel
• flight number and departure / arrival time (in case of airport transfer)
• number and size of luggage
• special requirements (e.g. child seat, booster seat)

The Service Provider is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

5. Pricing

The price displayed in the fare calculator applies to one direction (one-way transfer).

The price is valid for 1–8 passengers per vehicle.

The displayed price is an indicative price calculated based on the provided information and may change in case of route modification or additional requests. In case of technical errors, the price confirmed in the booking confirmation shall prevail.

For weddings and custom services, pricing is determined based on individual agreement.

6. Availability and Modifications

For extended services (weddings, events, private programs), the start and end time of availability will be agreed in advance.

The agreed duration may be modified during the event, subject to availability.

7. Cancellation

Cancellation terms depend on the nature of the service.

For weddings and special events, cancellation conditions are defined in the individual contract.

8. Passenger Obligations

Passengers are required to:

• use the vehicle properly
• comply with safety regulations
• compensate for any damage caused by them

Passengers bear full responsibility for any damage caused due to alcohol consumption or disorderly conduct.

9. Transportation of Children

Child seats or booster seats can be provided upon prior request.

In the absence of such request, the Service Provider reserves the right to refuse transportation.

10. Liability

The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure punctual service but shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

• traffic conditions
• weather conditions
• actions by authorities
• incorrect information provided by the client

11. Communication

On the day of the service, the client must provide a reachable phone number.

For weddings and event services, it is recommended that guests receive the driver's phone number for direct coordination.

12. Website Operation

The website is operated using the Webnode web-based platform, owned and supported by:

13. Final Provisions

By ordering the service, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these General Terms and Conditions.

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions unilaterally.
